Zest, a Bitcoin lending protocol, has secured $3.5 million in funding led by Tim Draper and other notable investors. The protocol aims to allow BTC holders to earn yield by deploying their assets on-chain. Using Stacks’ layer 2 technology and sBTC, which is pegged 1:1 to Bitcoin, Zest Protocol brings lending to Bitcoin’s native blockchain network.
