Solana Layer 2 Sonic raises funds at $100 million token valuation

Sonic, a Solana Layer 2 network for gaming, secured $12 million in Series A funding led by Bitkraft Ventures, with participation from Galaxy Interactive and others. The round brings Sonic’s total funding to $16 million and its valuation to $100 million. Sonic aims to enhance gaming on Solana using its HyperGrid Framework and plans to launch its mainnet and token in Q3 2024.
