Conduit, a crypto infrastructure firm, has raised $37 million in a Series A funding round co-led by Haun Ventures and Paradigm, with participation from Robot Ventures, Credibly Neutral, Coinbase Ventures, and Bankless Ventures. The funding will support the development of customizable and reliable Layer 2 solutions, known as rollups, to enable novel blockchain-based products and services. Conduit aims to make on-chain compute abundant and affordable, which could unlock new business models and reduce network congestion. The enhanced transaction speeds are expected to create more opportunities for developers to build usable on-chain products and services.
