Kraken, a US exchange, is set to acquire Netherlands-based Coin Meester B.V. (BCM) to expand in Europe following the EU’s MiCA regulatory framework implementation. Kraken aims to grow its European presence after securing VASP licenses in Ireland, Italy, and Spain.
